      ¨When Key International developed the ivy at the riverfront, it was burgeoning market with seemingly

endless demand. However, by the time we delivered our project in downtown Miami the market had suffered a catastrophic correction and we were left with 500 units in a now oversaturated market.       ¨Mr. Brown started working on our 630 unit Opera Tower project while he was with JP Morgan Chase, during the high point of the collapse of the real estate market. In spite of the timing of the relationship, Mr. Brown delivered a quick project approval and started to immediately work with our buyers to obtain loans.
