About Julie
Julie spent the early part of her life in the midwest. She was
born in South Bend, Indiana and graduated from Indiana University
with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business. A company
buyout took her to Minneapolis where she resided for 6 years.
Working in the financial field she traveled the United States
extensively performing audits and providing business consulting to
the company's channel partners. In the course of her travels she
fell in love with the southeast and when the opportunity to
transfer within her company and relocate presented itself she
happily made that move. In May of 1996 she relocated to
Charlotte, NC and moved on to Greenville, SC in March of 2002 where
she resides today.
Remodeling homes in her spare time as a hobby after she
relocated to the south, Julie had some unsatisfactory experiences
with mortgage loan officers and decided she could do much
better. So in 2005, after 20+ years working in Sales and
Finance for a Fortune 500 Company, she entered the mortgage
industry. Her past business experience and excellent customer
service skills have made her a top loan officer.
Julie enjoys working with all types of clients and prides
herself on taking the time to fully evaluate each situation
for every client to make sure they are getting the best loan to
suit their needs. Her goal is to make the client's experience
as simple and stress free as possible. As a result, Julie has
a very high rate of repeat business and referral business.
In her spare time Julie enjoys playing golf, reading, traveling,
and consulting on remodeling and decorating projects for family and
friends.
