About Lee Cove
Mr. Cove is responsible for recruiting, business
development, production and sales management for New Penn's retail
channel.
Mr. Cove brings a wealth of experience and leadership to this
position. As Senior Vice President for Countrywide Home
Loans, he excelled at attracting, managing and retaining highly
skilled loan officers, directly contributing to the growth of
Countrywide's extensive Florida franchise.
Mr. Cove was in charge of Countrywide's $6 billion dollar
Florida east coast region, which consisted of 46 branch offices and
3 joint ventures, supported by 3 operation centers. During
Mr. Cove's tenure, his region grew market share of 12%, more than
double any competitor.
With his extensive experience as a top producing sales executive
at several leading mortgage banking firms, including Bank of
America and Chase Home Finance, Mr. Cove is ideally suited to
grow New Penn's business through recruitment, retention
and development of a responsible sales force as well
as providing strategic business development with builders, real
estate agents and other referral sources across the
franchise.
