About Ken

I graduated from The Ohio State University in 1973 with a BS degree in Marketing and Finance.  After 28 successful years as the owner of an electronic manufacturing representative firm, I decided to take on a new business venture. I entered the field of mortgage loans in the year 2000.  When licensing became a mandatory requirement, I became one of the first in Ohio to pass my state test and obtain my state license.  I have worked as a Loan officer, trainer, office manager, and business development manager in the mortgage field.   I joined New Penn Financial in 2009 and passed my National loan officer test.  I help clients with new home purchase loans, refinance loans, FHA, USDA, VA and Conventional loans.
