graduated with honors from the U.S. Veterans Apprentice Program at
NC A&TSU an NCDL program, with a Certificate in( Manager of a
Financial Institution). Charles held a number of management
positions including Branch and Regional with Transouth financial.

2001 as a Senior Mortgage Consultant, and has help many borrowers
