About Bill
Backed by over 10 years of mortgage lending experience, Bill
Ferry joined New Penn Financial in 2011, and is currently licensed
in Delaware and Pennsylvania. He is working out of Wilmington,
Delaware with personal access to in-house processing. Bill believes
that honesty and integrity are
the two components of his business that set him apart from others
within his industry. These two factors have played an integral role
in his building of a quality network of business partners, and have
contributed to his success in obtaining the best financing options
for his clients. Bill's goal is to customize every loan to match
each client's individual needs. Through this process he educates
each client on how their unique qualifications will affect their
loan for better or worse. He strives to ensure that his clients'
decisions are based upon complete information, and not just the
typical "rate and fee" quote. Bill maintains that each client and
every business partner deserves a smooth and stress-free
experience, which includes reliable, hands-on, personalized
attention that is always delivered with a high degree of customer
service.
Bill earned Master's Degree in Business Administration at
Widener University. He and his wife, Jackie, are proud parents of
two beautiful girls, Melinda and Lauren. They reside in Garnet
Valley, Pennsylvania. When Bill is away from the office, he spends
his time officiating high school football, attending Philadelphia
Phillies baseball games, and spending time with his family.
