About Nick
Backed by 10 years of mortgage lending experience, Nick Natale
joined New Penn Financial, LLC in 2011, and is currently licensed
in Delaware and Pennsylvania. He manages the branch office in
Wilmington, Delaware located on Concord Pike and continues to
originate loans for home purchase and refinance. "My goal is to
custom tailor every loan to match my clients' individual
needs."
Nick believes that integrity, honesty and exceptional service
are the three components of his business that sets him apart from
others within his industry. These factors continue to play an
integral role in building a network of referring business partners
which have contributed to his success in obtaining the best
financing options for his clients. Through this process he educates
each client on how their unique qualifications will affect their
loan for better or worse. He strives to ensure that his clients'
decisions are based upon complete information, and not just the
typical "rate and fee" quote. He works diligently to ensure all
loans close on time without issue. Nick has been awarded and
recognized as a "Five Star Mortgage Professional" in "Delaware
Today Magazine".
Nick and his wife, Teresa, are proud parents of three children
and one granddaughter. They currently reside in North Wilmington.
Additionally, Nick is an active participant in Breast Cancer
awareness and Good Will. He is proud to sponsor Concord High School
Athletic Programs and the Kennett Square Gymnastics Program. When
Nick is away from work, he enjoys spending time with his family and
likes to make homemade wine to share with family and friends…'Buon
Natale'.
