|Sept. 5 to Sept. 10||New Penn Financial will be loading loan information to our operating systems. Please note: New Penn will have limited information regarding your loan while we load this data.|
|September 11||Loans are active on our systems. Payments can now be received. We want to provide you with tools and options to make managing your loan simple and easy. Here at this site, you can find additional information and ways to manage your account. Once you create a profile, you will have online access to view statements, make payments, and even chat with a Customer Care representative to address any questions you may have|

Here are some commonly asked questions that will also be beneficial during this transition period:
Your loan will be transferred on September 5, 2018.
Your loan will be active on September 11, 2018.
Due to the time it takes to properly close your Guaranteed Rate account, reconcile the account and open your account at New Penn, you will not be able to access your full account information until September 11, 2018.
We will start accepting payments directly to New Penn starting on September 5, 2018. But, payments will not be posted until after your loan goes active on September 11, 2018.
All payments September 5 and thereafter should be made to New Penn Financial. We will begin processing your payments on September 11, 2018. No late payment fees will be assessed during the month of September for September payments

Yes. A welcome packet will be mailed to you on September 12, 2018.
Yes. Your updated loan number was included on the recent letter mailed to you from New Penn Financial and will be provided to you in your welcome packet.
Once your loan is active on our system on September 11, 2018, you can create an account using your newly assigned loan number and access your loan level information.
Yes. If you currently have an automatic draft from your banking institution, then this information will be provided to New Penn and the drafting will continue accordingly. No action is needed on your part.
Yes, for payments after September 5, 2018, choose New Penn on your bank's bill-paying service.
